I receive an "invalid license" message when I enter my License Key in order to activate FastTrack Schedule 10. What do I do?

If your FastTrack Schedule License Key begins with the letter "M", it should be valid for FastTrack Schedule 10 Mac.

If your FastTrack Schedule License Key begins with the letter "W", it should be valid for FastTrack Schedule 10 Windows.

If the License Key you are entering corresponds to the operating system as stated above but continue to receive an "invalid license" message, please submit a ticket request with the CD ID included. We will respond with a different License Key.

If you are in possession of a License Key that does not match your operating system, please contact the company that you purchased the license from.
