How does one add multiple entries in a single row? I have a monthly expense that I would like to have as a single row instead of 12 rows.

AEC Software Support Rep Official comment Multiple entries in a single row is a great, unique feature of FastTrack Schedule.
Creating multiple entries in a single row can be accomplished using several methods:
1. Draw multiple bars or milestones in the same row using the New Bar Tool. When doing so additional lines of data corresponding to each bar or milestone will automatically appear in columns where the data is “Stored per bar”.
2. Place the cursor in the cell of a column where the data is “Stored per bar”. Then, using the keyboard, enter Alt + Enter (Option+Return, on Mac). The cursor will jump down one line in the row and you can enter a value. Entering a value creates a bar or milestone.
3. In the case where you have already created multiple rows and then wish to group those entries in a single row, you can move those bars or milestones to a single row. All of the data associated with the bar or milestone will move with the bar or milestone. To do this, hold the Shift key down while clicking and dragging the bar or milestone to the desired row. Alternatively, you can hold the Shift key down and use the Up or Down arrow keys on the keyboard to move the bar or milestone.
