I like to use certain fonts. When creating a new schedule, I will set the fonts that I like. When I need to modify a row, or add a row, when I go to typing the activity name, the font switches back to the original Arial which is default. Also, if someone sends me a schedule, it doesn't open up in the font they selected. Is there a way to change this or am I stuck with changing the font, font size, row height, etc, each time I modify or add?

AEC Software Support Rep Official comment Fonts can be a complex subject.
In FastTrack Schedule, the default font is initially set in the default file. The default font for the column can be changed by opening the Format Column dialog for that column then selecting the Font tab, and making the appropriate changes.
As far as opening files that have other fonts, both the Mac OS and Windows versions of FastTrack Schedule will display the font as stored in the file, so long as the computer opening the file has that font installed. If it does not, then Mac and Windows will attempt a 'font substitution' to a font that the OS deems to be 'similar'.We should also state that if after changing the fonts in the columns, you then want the changed fonts to appear in as the fonts in new files, you should capture the current file as your default file. To do this save the file, and keep it open. Then from the FastTrack Schedule menu select Preferences. Then in the lower left of the dialog select "Capture Current", Normal Schedule Defaults.
