can't print a schedule

I'm using FastTrack 9.2, Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, and HP Photosmart 6300 printer, Vista operating system. I've created several lists of names which I would like to print out. When I give the command to print, nothing happens and the printer icon says there are no documents waiting to be printed. Funny thing is I can print out previously created schedules with no problems. Is there anyone who can help me solve this dilemma and so I can get on with my life? Thanks in advance

Hi Joan,

Try to go to the Print dialog and select another printer, then select the desired printer again and Print. Do this even if the desired printer is already selected.

Is this a Dell issue .. a Windows 8 issue? If is quite frustrating to be printing documents each time I want to print a document.
