Does anyone have any recommendations as to what should be included when presenting a project schedule? I have a formal meeting with top executives and want to make sure I have key elements. Currently, my schedule contain the following graphical & textual elements: custom bars, corporate logos (as milestones), legend, column images and row backgrounds.
Is there anything else I should add? I don't want to make the schedule too busy, but I also don't want to leave key details out. Our Project Management Office (PMO) doesn't have any template standards...so, I'm flying solo!!
