When attempting to install FastTrack Schedule 10, I receive a message saying "Authenticating installer...Please wait" then nothing happens.

A few Mac users have encountered this behavior. We have not yet discovered the cause of this behavior but this is the current easy workaround:

Run the installer under another user account (create one if necessary), then switch back to the regular user account and launch FastTrack Schedule. You may delete the newly created user account if desired.
