I am getting the error "Unable to register application. Please contact your system administrator."

Please verify that you have Read + Write privileges to the necessary folders.*

- Open Finder
- Select your Hard Drive
- Go to Library (If you do not see Library, go to the Go menu > Go to Folder and enter ~/Library/)
- Application Support (select this folder and Get Info by pressing the Option key + I, verify that you have Read + Write privileges to this folder)
- Within Application Support, locate AEC Software folder (verify Read + Write privileges, apply as necessary)
- Within AEC Software folder, locate FastTrack Schedule 10 (verify Read + Write privileges, apply as necessary)

 

*Your user account must have administrative privileges to do this.
